We Smile India Trust promise to deprive Indian children, that they will get proper educational facilities along with free medical support and shelter. In many places, we have seen that children get exploited by some people living in upper-class society by making them work for long hours and don’t give them enough money in return. Every child has a right to get an education, and we at Smile India Trust believe it, but our volunteers also go to people in the slums where we counsel them and show them the value of education. In the month of September 2021, Smile India Trust, worked on sustainable development for the underprivileged and vulnerable members of the population with a special focus on children and persons living in difficult circumstances. In a world where most of the people have become self-centered, Smile India Trust craves to serve society for the protection and development of children on the street and in difficult circumstances by charitable giving. the best way to show your support is to make a donation – doesn’t matter how big or small. What is charitable giving? It’s a way that many people elect to support a specific cause or organization that is close to their heart. Smile India Trust desires to work for the edification of those privilege-seeking kids living in slum or rural areas and to work for the empowerment and welfare of women and girls from the benighted parts of the society and also to make them self-reliant. There are numerous volunteers and donors who wish to support us and are great supporters and motivators for Charitable Giving.
Through their charity, we distributed 42,000 tonnes of food and other supplies to over 1,90,000 covid affected families since the first lockdown was announced last March 2020. The team for nearly 18 months distributed over 2,78,000 food and hygiene kits to the marginalized members of the society, including laborers and destitute people in slums within Delhi/NCR.
Also, to avoid undernutrition ration packets and prepacked food in Delhi / NCR Region has been distributed in poor families who are struggling daily for survival – procuring the same with the charitable help of donations, both in terms of cash and material aid. With the support of its donors and charitable giving, the organization is working round the clock to fulfil other critical needs such as food and sanitary products in slums and needy people.

Also, when we look at the educational background of different people, we observe the difference between educated and uneducated groups of society. Fortunate are those people who receive love from everyone around them. Above all, those who get the chance to go to school, colleges and learn new things are the lucky ones. The reason why we are calling them luckiest ones is that they get a proper education in schools, able to discover their talents and utilize that in the right direction. Besides this, they make some good friends to play, laugh, cry, share, and live every moment with them.

I must say these thoughts-provoking questions will shake your mind for sure. But we should take responsibility at our level. Moreover, it’s our moral obligation that we should come forward and assist those who want to learn, but they are unable to pay for their education. Yes, many homeless children in India are willing to learn, but destiny is playing games with them. However, it’s good to see that India has got an NGO for the needy like Smile India Trust who is not only educating children, but counselling parents to send even a girl child to school.
